Anti-Global Warming

The following is a documentary made to try and rebut the growing "issue" of global warming:

Global Warming the short Version: Humans use up Earths natural resources, giving off CO2 and other greenhouse emissions, which creates holes in the atmosphere (which protects us from harmful rays of the sun), causing the earth to heat up, polar ice caps melt... and everything goes to hell.

So thats the theory. Real or Fake? Many scientists believe this to be true... and then there are many who think its BS.

National Lefty Day

National Left Handed Day

August the 13th is officially national left handed day (Lefties of the world unite!).

In Islam, the left hand and everything associated with it is seen as unclean. This stems from the Middle Eastern custom of using the left-hand and water instead of toilet paper. And therefore anyone using the left hand will BURN in the fires of hell like the infedels they are. Lol

Actually this is myth and common misconception. Using the right hand to eat and for other purposes is recommended because its sunnah and not obligatory.

This is a short article a friends sent me, and i found quite interesting. So I thought i'd post it up for you people to read. Its mostly to do with; why alot of British women are converting to Islam.

Theres a certain beauty in being a lone wolf. You have all the time you need to do things YOU want to do, like talking to yourself, playing solitaire, going to see that movie you really wanna see or try to carry that couch into your new house all by yourself.

Then again, there would have been times when you'd have prefered to have a friend. You know... to have lunch with, sharing jokes, doing some sort of recreational activity. Someone you ring when things go in the cr@pper. Someone you turn to for advice.

Muslim Student Association at Hogwarts

Heres something i read on the Manic Muslims website which i thought was quite funny. Its set in the Harry Potter school where they have their first ever Muslim Student Association meeting.
It discusses the use of magic and freemixing and such issues.

Little Mosque on the Prairie

The series focuses on the Muslim population of the fictional rural prairie town of Mercy, the show derives much of its humour from the interactions of the Muslims with the non-Muslim townspeople of Mercy and by the contrast of conservative Islamic views with more liberal interpretations.

ive watched some of it .... and its as funny as hell...

Although i do have to warn you:
1) Dont expect strict following of Islam...

Blogging: Halal/Haraam??

Blogging has become increasingly popular. Thousands if not millions of people own blogs and its safe to say a fair few will undoubtedly be muslims.

Incase your a lil slow and dont know what a blog is its defined as a shared on-line journal where people can post diary entries about their personal experiences and hobbies etc.

Although keeping journels or diaries is nothing new what is new is the added interactivity and wide reaching audiences that can read them online.

On the outset it seems like a harmless pass time for Muslims as well as non-muslims.

A Moral Dilemma
