short reminder about Salaah - Mufti Menk

a short, just under half an hour video about salaah, something we do 5 times a day. because we do it so often, the how, whys, whats etc...kinda becomes blurry in our minds, this is a beautiful reminder i just listened to mashaaAllah. Most of the stuff in there you probably already know, but bringing it back to the front of our mind is important.  advice and reminder are important in our religion. and faith has levels and increases and decreases; i pray this video will be a booster to your imaan level. Ameen.

I need advice

I am writing from America. I am not muslim but I am looking for advice and maybe some answers. I am a student working on my masters degree. I have been dating a Saudi guy for the last year and I am very much in love with him.

When we first started dating I heard that alot of people were saying its strange that he would date me, that he is religious. He follows Islam in every way other than the fact he is with me.

He recently came to me and said that he cannot deal with himself in this anymore. That he goes home and sometimes cries after being with me because it is Haram, but he does not want to leave me.

Revival users - Please can you help me? (advice)

What to do in a lift

1. When there's only one other person in the lift, tap them on the shoulder and then pretend it wasn't you.
2. Push the buttons and pretend they give you a shock. Smile, and go back for more.
3. Ask if you can push the button for other people, but push the wrong ones.
4. Call the Psychic Hotline from your cell phone and ask if they know what floor you're on.
5. Hold the doors open and say you're waiting for your friend. After a while, let the doors close and say, "Hi Greg. How's your day been?"
6. Drop a pen and wait until someone reaches to help pick it up, then scream, "That's mine!"
7. Bring a camera and take pictures of everyone in the lift.
8. Move your desk in to the lift and whenever someone gets on, ask if they have an appointment.
