Bishop warns of 'Islamic areas'

[quote="[url="]A Church of England bishop has said Islamic extremism has turned some communities into no-go areas for people of a different faith or race.

The Bishop of Rochester, the Right Reverend Dr Michael Nazir-Ali, writing in the Sunday Telegraph, criticised government multicultural policies.

He said those of a different faith or race may find it difficult to live or work in some areas due to "hostility".

Ive been thinking whilst at work last night......where do you draw the borders on what is a halaal environment or haraam environment to work in?

Muslims and Asians and football

Salaam

Its said by some that the football industry can be racist, that a lot of asian rooneys are going unnoticed. Do you think its true? Why arent asian breaking through? They never seem to get past the academies. Or are they just not that good? Or is not a good proffession to enter?

My brother could have gone for man city trials.........but mum didnt see the importance of it, better to study etc. Is that right? Why is it that we all have to be lawyers like they made me, docs, pharmacists etc......being a footballer isnt seen as respectable by some people!

Dave/Timbo....Need your help!

Hello Biggrin

Dave, do you know anything about Intellectual Property Law in the USA? and if possible, specifically unregistered design rights? Or even better, what IP law in the US of A focuses on? I have mentioned in my assignment that in america its focused on creativity, whereas in the UK it focuses on ownership and designers rights. any info?
