yesterday i jumped on the coach from manchester at 12 which left immediatly and i was ringing my door bell at 8.30 in the evning !!!!!

traffic makes me SO angry

what makes me MORE angry is the non stop ringing of my sistrs mobile who's being pestered by dad stressing over the delay

we considered switching the mobile off and saying that it went dead-like my sister always does when pestered by dad on the phone

but we didnt-we decided to be good girls

but nothing makes me and her more mad then being bothered on the mobile by dad

Flying is a good idea. about 1/2 an hour.

Its also cheaper than train (I think), but no idea about coach.

we had bare bags

we didnt want to lug them around on the train

I personally hate flying

Yep, you should have just flown.

It'd been faster and cheaper.

But you wouldnt do it, coz you've got problems.

Yes, flying is much better.

Its much more faster and cheaper.

I call that 'the quick and easy' method.

I don't mind flying that much.

boys stop giving me silly advice

i dont have a prob with travelling in cars-and I'm nearly always travelling to B'ham, Manchester and Bolton

I only have an issue with traffic which I get stuck in sumtimes

it was mine and my sisters silly mistake to travel at a peak/rush hour time

But you do seem to have a prob with flying.

I fly in and out of London whenever i need to get to london. Would never dream of going by car or Coach.

Ok good advice then: get a taxi!

Stupid advice.

Whats the diff between a coach and a taxi?

Its faster. It also takes you from A to B without the detour through C, D, E and F.

Price is sky high.

Would you also like a definition with that?

moody man

when a coach gets stuck in motorway traffic will the taxi be able to fly through?

and btw most coaches are direct from destination A to B-

last night we decided to hang out in the shed where my brother, cousin and uncles hang out

its got weights, an exercise bike, sit up stuff and a 20kg punching bag

we were so bored so we decided to have a competition to see who can punch the bag the longest-with the most direct punches

the boys told us-its easier if u think about someone u hate or somthing that makes u mad

we all had a go-it felt so good to hit the bag-I came second and my sister the most girliest one out of us all came first (God knows what she was thinking about Wink )

but it REALLY does feel good to hit a punching bag-it does help to get some energy out of ur system

I've decided that from now on whenevr I'm angry I'm just gonna go in the shed and punch that boxing bag for as long as I can

great anger management tool

the only problem with that is that it makes ur hand SO sore afterwoulds-even if u wear the gloves

Yeah pyshical exercise is a good way to burn off stress. Punching the bag is good, but it much more better actually sparring someone. Pyhsically and stress wise it much more better and it done in a control environment.

so what do u suggest? -

next time I have a fight with my brother or sisters I should beat them up instead of taking my anger out on the punching bag?

"kash" wrote:
I did say Control Environment. Get Boxing Gloves and no punching on the face and it also quite fun at the same time.

i did try out the boxing gloves on my lil sis

punched her (lightly) in her tummy-i was just messing around

it made her cry-

my lil sis jumps on my brother all the times and tries to beat him up

dont give me bad advice

But surely you much have felt some type of joy in hurting her  . We do it all the time, before we spar we say light punching only, but we always go with full force and at the end make out we were taking easy on each other.

of course I get my kicks out of hitting those who annoy me

that dont mean its right tho

my brother and older sister used to have serious kick offs back in the day-he'd punch her in the stomach and she'd pin him down and bash his head on the concrete floor

they've both calmed down over the years

physical fights are WRONG-

but play fights are OK

See that the good thing about it being in a control environment No need to flip and less dangerous. As long as the people are equally match, trust me it ain't fun when the person on the other side is much more stronger.

tru

thats why me beating up lil sis aint a fair match

nor is my brother beating up my older sister cos he's gotten stronger over the years

me and my sister fighting would be a fair match tho-but our fights are never physical

I think punchin a punchbag/speed ball is an excellant way of takin out anger and frustration, boy does it work wonders!

I agree

but it cant be good for ur hands

my hands are so SORE and I only used it for about 5min yesterday-I doubt I be using it again

If anything it going to make your hand stronger, as after they damage, when repairing they become stronger. A 20 kg bag is light, that what the 8-12 years use in our gym, can't see how you damage yourself on that.
