Traveler with the Quran

My love for Arabic is kicking back in. It's kicking me so hard and all i want to do is listen to Arabic. Just want to listen to Arabic all day long and listen to the Quran all day long. I want to write this blog in Arabic but that would be pointless because i'd have to accompany it with English translation.

The video above is just mind blowing. SubhanAllah, i can't even describe it in words. A child who has lost their eye sight yet at the age of seven has memorised the entire Quran by heart and is so precise in his recall and even has Ijaazah. I just don't even know what to say!

I really want to move abroad or perhaps spend a few months in an Arabic speaking country where i can polish up my conversational Arabic. Learning rules and structure needs to be accompanied by constant speaking and listening ofcourse. My dad did consider it for me, but i don't know what he currently thinks about that.

I'm going to start watching some Arabic cartoons inshaAllah and I need to find an Arab and start speaking to them in Arabic all day long. (I wish i find one of them some time soon). I just LOVE Arabic and inshaAllah when I have kids, i want them to be ever so fluent in Arabic and inshaAllah become Huffaaz of the Quran too. Yes, i'm thinking into the future a bit too much, so i'll stop.

I need to get back into my own memorisation and begin my recapping everything that i've learnt as a kid and I'm going to go and do that right away! I know this video is more about the Quran but it's the conversing in Arabic that i love too! I just LOVE ARABIC. That's all i want to say.

Have a great Jumuah all of you.

Love Arabic.

Love Arabic.

Love Arabic.
