Can anyone see anything wrong in this picture?

What d'you mean, wrong like what?
What are we meant to be looking for? :S

Just, it seems "wrong" to have that huge clock tower overpowering the views there.

(that is not a small mosque... so that building behind it is simply huge)

Definitely looks like a UFO

What?! The huge area and size of the entire mosque is what I call 'overpowering', not some clock tower Wink

lol! Smile ummm, i went 4 hajj wen i was 4, so from wat i remember and wat my family remmeber, hajj is waaaaaay different 2 umrah! firstly, at hajj tym there is lyk double (or triple?) amount of ppl there than that of umrah. secondly, during umrah, u have the taraweeh at nyt and the qiyaam-ul-layl (the nyt prayer or otherwise nown as sabina)but its not tuhajjud btw.....whereas in hajj (well more lyk wen i went), we styd in madinah first i thnk and then we wnt and atyed in makkah, and then did the whole hajj, as in going form muzdalifa, minna, arafat etc....

i dunno, i have little memories of hajj coz i was v.small then but the few that i do have is of the tents and the jamaraat area and hmmm wat else and......OH YH! well, wen we did hajj, alot of ppl take the taxis and busses but we did the hole thing wlaking....so it was really funn! i remeber, havn water fyts wiv my bro on teh way (we wer still yng then btw...jus thought id mention that! dnt want any1 gettin the rong idea now do i!!!??? :P)

so yh, thats bout it, hajj is a lot more hussle bussle whereas umrah is ALOT more calmer.

anymore Q's???? (im luvin this!)

oh my god, tht musta been traumatizing haha! ur probably thinking, 'what happened to all the toilets???' i honestly dnt knw lol

yh, i heard about the tents as well...how many people fit into one of them???

Just as long as they haven't put a big bell that rings on the hour inside it.

Don't just do something! Stand there.

The house of Saud will fall soon.

How do I know?

I ate chocalte cake this morning and everytime I eat this a regime falls.

BTW I think it is a disgrace.

Fills me with anger and sorrow. Stupid Bedouins.

The tall building in the picture, maybe?

i thought he was talking about the protests? we'll never know...

Lilly, chocaolate cake fills me with chubbles.

The building fills me with anger and sadness- all jokes aside.

PS When your on holiday you want to get rid of the lamppost, neon lights, or as many technical gadgetry, etc. in pictures- to get a feel for the authenticity of the place. These things add an element of artificialness.

To do this to the holiest site on earth to Muslims, it’s desecration.

Best I can explain it.

According to Dr Irfan al-Alawi, the chairman of the Islamic Heritage Research Foundation, which was set up to protect the holy sites, authorities are now discussing removing the symbolic green dome on the prophet Muhammad's mosque in Medina, which lies directly above the graves of the three caliphs who led Islam after the prophet Muhammad died

You are kidding me. Islam has a rich, beautiful history, which should be PRESERVED.Not destroyed. I am seriously annoyed now.
