I'm different to you & you is different to me.

So, You have a name, an age, a nationality, a religion maybe, a family, a community, a medical health record, a fitness status, a criminal record (or not), a race, a skin tone, a life, a pet elephant, a mansion & a flash car or a cardboard box, a bank full of money or the change in your pocket. We all have different things, be that culture, religion, nationalities, bank status's, wealth, families, there's something that causes me to be different from you.

Every living person is a unique biological miracle of Allah (swt) Never to be repeated. We all have different DNA's we all look different. But identical twins? Well even they are different hence being able to tell the difference between the two. But is that by their appearance? or personality? or even what they believe to be their identity?

What makes you who you are?

My answer?

Well what makes me Exception?

Everything that is me, part of my identity. Everything that made me who I am today. My religion, my family, my friends the situations in life that I've faced. Everything that built my personality. My best friend the stranger who walks past my house every morning. The sky, the air and the land. The little boy who says hi to me whenever he sees me yet I don't remember his name. The way that i walk, how i talk. The way that every little thing i do, will set me apart in some way from the person sat next to me, or the person reading this. I mean sure somethings we all do are the same but the ones that are not set us apart and is that not something we are blessed to be, set apart & Unique.

Writing with a pen on a piece of paper, we should all do it the same right? Nope. we write in different languages, hold pens differently use different inks, some slant their righting some write really big others the opposite. But I will write in the same language as others who speak English.

We talk, say we all spoke the same language, it would be different, different voices, different sounds, different tones, different slang.

Correct me if you think that I'm wrong. But aren't we all so blessed to have our own identity our own way of being, being who we are?

Allah (swt) created man and woman, i guess we all should thank him for creating variation from human to human for giving us free will to become who we are destined to become, and giving us the chance to celebrate these differences, although some people use these differences as a negative thing and see the variation as something to abuse. We all should thank Allah for what we have been given.

Ya Allah(swt) thank you for giving me the chance to stand apart from other human beings and giving us all the gift of being unique. May everybody appreciate this and see their differences as something to celebrate rather than fight over. Ameen.

How dare you mention nationality before religion - stafirulla!

I think a big part of who people are is what they have done. You are your past. Actions, experiences and thoughts. Which means if someone has done bad things, unless they have stopped doing them or made amends, they cannot then say "but I am really a good person" because the actions say otherwise.

I didn't put them in priority order.

yes your past does build you up as a person, both how you can paint yourself for others and how they see you. is heavily based on what you have done in the past.

How can everything in your life be a part of you, when you can't be a part of everything in your life?

because the things in your life ,. affect you even if you don't realise it, it kind of adds up to who you are a as a person. You odn't have to be a part of something for it to affect you in someway.
