About: 'In a nutshell, The Revival is about dealing with the issues facing the Muslims today. It came into existence with the aim of producing Islamic literature, which was down to earth, readable, entertaining as well as educational.'

It didn't come about to be a 32 sided magazine full of writing which made no sense to the readers. It isn't a specific Islamic magazine, its a magazine covering issues that face Muslims. There are many youth living around who don't bother finding out because they feel they aren't religious enough to walk upto scholars and ask them.

The Revival is trying to break down that barrier, and reach the youth. Really get down on their level and explain in a way which suits them, and which makes them understand, rather than giving a bayaan in which they barely understand a thing that's being said.

@ Abu - I see you peddling a tale, but one way you generally you separate modernist marketing from the real deal is through facts.

I see you peddling a line but I see no evidence backing it up. Seems like modernist marketing which is meant to decieve others.

If you find something wrong, provide evidence (using the qur'an and sunnah would be good) for it being wrong. If you cannot find evidence for it being wrong, consider that maybe your own culture is making you think something that is allowed is not allowed and reform yourself.

If you do neither of them, you are just a modernist marketeer marketing your views as the real deal without actually having a shred of evidence suggesting so.

This site allowed commenting on its content. For every case you see where you are of the opinion that what is stated goes against the qur'an and sunnah, I request that you add a comment with evidence showing that what is stated is wrong.

WHen you do quote evidence, please try to avoid half quotes as people have in the past come on here for example quoting Imam shafi of having an opinion, but failed to post the full quote, which showed that he actually had the opposite opinion. In such a case were the posters not only lying, but twisting the words of Islam to suit their modernist revisions.
