There is something for everyone..
Camp Counselors USA - Work as a speciality Counselor or Instructor(Sports,
Arts, Drama, Music, Adventure etc), General Counselor/Instructor or Support
Staff (Kitchen, Office, Maintenance, Driver etc) for 9 weeks of the summer,
and then travel around the USA with your new found friends for up to a further
9 weeks after.
You don't have to be an Olympic champion or an expert with 10 years experience
(if you do great!), just as long as you have the confidence to pass on what
ever skills you have, that is PERFECT! This could be from GCSE's, or playing
sport for a club or at school .. everyone has experience and skills to offer,
and this definitely includes YOU!
Work Experience USA* - If working with children is not your thing NO PROBLEM,
because this program allows you to work in any other field of work that you
desire! That's right you choose exactly what you want to do, and where you
want to do it. There are two options to choose from; 1) Your find your own job
(whether you have friends or family in the USA, or search on the internet, or
2) Choose one of 1000's of jobs that CCUSA already has available - examples
include working in national parks, private country clubs etc ..there is
something for everyone!
* Must be a full time student returning to full time education
These fun and informative sessions give you the opportunity to see our
exciting power point presentations, watch videos about CCUSA's programmes, and
hear the stories of former participants as they relate their experiences
working, playing and travelling around the USA.
If you want to truly experience the USA, or any other country we run
programmes in, then CCUSA is for you!
