Who is this Qari (MashAllah)?

Salam alaykum and Ramadhan Kareem everyone! It's been so long since I've posted on here.

 

Can someone please tell me who this Qari is? MashAllah his recitation is amazing; I know Raad Al Kurdi is in the front row, but what about the Qari at the front? I'd be really grateful for anyone who can give me a name.
