Transsexuals in Iran

Transsexuals in Iran
Iran is a curious country. Behind its international bravado it hails some of the most advanced thinking of our modern age and sophisticated medical treatment.
Ruled by conservative Islamic values, in some ways, at times it appears almost liberal in comparison to other Muslim nations - and even when compared to America's Christian Right wingers. The Iranian government have not only allowed sex change operations, they are paying for them.

shariah law

salaam

whats your understanding of shariah law?

a political system or rules and regulations to live your every day life?

so who would prefer to live under shariah law rather than non islamic law?

who agrees with implementing shariah law in the UK like the al muhajiroun /anjum choudry gang?

why are non Muslims scared of shariah law?
is it due to the punishment system? dress code? its too strict?
does shariah law remind you of the taliban, burkas, executions, chaos, rigid islam?

what are the rights of non Muslims under shariah law? any?

what are benefits of living under shariah law as compared to non shariah law countries?

do you get freedom of opinion, expression, religion et cunder sharia law?

'MUSLIM EXTREMISTS ARE LIKE THE BNP'

Britain 'must resist extremists'

Muslim extremists are often the "mirror image" of the BNP, seeking out grievances to promote an "us and them" society, says David Cameron.

To resist extremists of all sides, he said Britain must remove the "five barriers" dividing society.

These are uncontrolled immigration, extremism, multiculturalism, poverty and "educational apartheid", he says.

The Conservative leader also said in a speech people should be inspired, "not bullied", into feeling British.

His speech came as a poll for the centre-right Policy Exchange suggested support for

Younger Muslims 'more political'

Young Muslims are much more likely than their parents to be attracted to political forms of Islam, a think tank survey has suggested.

Support for Sharia law, Islamic schools and wearing the veil is much stronger among younger Muslims, a poll for the centre-right Policy Exchange found.

The report's lead author, Munira Mirza, blamed government policy for a growing split between Muslims and non-Muslims.

She said ministers should engage with Muslims as citizens.

Schoolgirl Revives UK Veil Debate

salaam

just when u thought the niqab debate was dieing down.... we have a father to thank who demands his daughter is allowed to wear the niqab at school...
some ppl are just stupid....
they're trying to ban niqab in public and this guy expects school to let his daughter to wear it in school!!!!!! and now obviously media will latch on to this story and the debate will be ban niqabs, jilbaabs, hijabs in school....
why do muslims have to take it too far?????????
you wanna wear niqab then dont go to that school. they dont have to let you wear it. there are no special rules for muslims.
