The iftaar thread (and suhoor too)

So, what are you gonna binge on?

As for iftar, don't binge people. Eat oily food if you like but don't "take revenge" on the hours where you couldn't eat!

It's so difficult not to binge. I don't know when I'm going to learn.

shepherds pie, yorkshire pudding, carrots, potatoes and lots of gravy!

the title should be change to suhoor and iftaar thread.

i had today:

orange juice

tea

some grapes

glass of milk

glass of water

I had:

Pizza

Milk

Mango

Water

i had:

dates

fruit

orange juice

2 glasses of water

bran flakes

yoghurt

2 cups of tea

Chips. and fish. and then two people delivered rice, so that too. There was also a fruit mix. (fruit chaat?). Tea.

kheer.

just had some falooda and raspberry ice cream, oh and some more kheer.

thats it, i'm staying upstairs. if i go downstairs i'll finish the kheer.

No thats not it.

I suppose if you've never had them; you can think of them as a cross between a samosa and a Fajita.

Suhoor: Warm milk with Jalaybee! (Perfect for a sugar fix)

Yes. Like I said the gap between Iftaar and suhoor is so little that you hardly feel hungry.
Keeping away from food is easy. it's the other stuff I can't keep away from :/
