So insha'Allah I'll be a legal executive, which is a lawyer, but different from solicitor or barrister.

So I was just querying the choice of words "In Islam" vs "Muslims generally".

Maybe there is more to it? no idea.

In Arabic there isn't really such thing as a 'surname'... just Bin or Binti (and then their parent's first name).
