Hhmmmm ive never really thought about it but i guess under the above criteria i'd consider myself mentally strong.

I dont know how other people do it but i prioritise not only tasks but emotions too. If that makes sense.

I don't think I'm mentally strong entirely and I'm not mentally weak either. I tried thinking about the amount of one's I am/not but realised it wasn't working. Sometimes I mix up who I really am for who I wish i was or think that I am.

I think its something that would come with age and experience.

And I heard as it were, the noise of thunder. One of the four beasts saying come and see and I beheld, a pale horse. And his name that sat on him was Death... and Hell followed with him.

Weakness can be a strength.

Strong things can break instead of bending.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

How can weakness be a strength? I dont understand.

Being too uncompromising can cause you to break. Look at the trees and their strong trunks. Yet in the facing the gale they will bend and yeild.

I agree with Castiel. Experience shapes perception, so having a strong mentality takes time.

Worryingly some of those qualities sound slightly egotistical.
