Humanoids - Too smart for our own good

talking about my sigs, which at the mo is "who invented PJ's and why?"

Valkyrie so nicely BOTHERED to answer me saying:

Oh and (reference to your signature): isn't it clear that the person who invented pyjamas invented it cos pyjamas are more comfortable than day clothes??? -if there was someone, cos I'm sure people just changed clothes to sleep in cos day clothes aren't always comfortable.

and here is my reply.

i would like you to thnk about this a step further...as in WHY WHY did they invent P's?
we got to the point where pj's were more comfy then day clothes, right?

SO

they had to invent more comfy clothes coz the day clothese were not comfy.

still with me?

good

WHY DID THEY INVENT UNCOMFY CLOTHES IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?! THOSE STUPID HUMANOIDS!

too smart for our own good. this is my theory. this awesome theory that could well be more than a theory as it is now proven has enabled me to sleep with my day clothes with total peace of mind. because MY day clothes are TOTALLY comfy.

now, this topic may be used for any of YOUR theories which proves that we have just gone too smart for our own good

that is all..for now... ( i have more theories)

They didn't purposely invent clothes to be uncomfy. They made clothes that looked nice. These nice-looking garments aren't always suitable attire to lie down/toss/turn/sleep in for 10 hours. Hence....Pyjammmaaas! Also, all your nice clothes would be crumpled and creased and I'm sure you don't change your clothes EVERYDAY.

so they chose vanity over comfort.

THE MAD THEORIST! I JUST SAW THIS NOW! name calling..tututut..im sure Eistein was namecalled! hmpf!

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Jeans look kool, that's all.
