no pony tail....i just admire long hair, its always fascinated me as a child, and seeing as its a Sunnah, then why not 😃

i've never tried garlic.....i think its some sort of garlic oil or shampoo, my sis uses i thinks!

amla oil works i think, but i dont like the smell and therfore cant put it on when im out and about

shampoo's are crap...especially head & shoulders - i never use that. currently using pantene.....but i know these products are no good for what i want!

bueaty shows are a joke.....'asian' and 'beauty' dont belong in the same sentance 😛

my hair is falling out big tym 🙁 i dont wanna jus cut it all short again.....takes a lotta patience and time growin it.....only a few months i hope to get it what i want 8)

amla oil does work if u apply it on ur hair daliy it wrk fr my sister!

put it on a night before u go sleep or wen u having a indoor day then teh smell won't travel outside with u.

and sis eating in public, that's me. when i'm hungry i eat like i've never seen food. if ur shy abt it then ur gonna stay hungry (i used to b the shy type) then comes the time when u have to b out long hours n staying hungry sucks.

I can eat in public....I have no reservations about getting up, upto five times to refill my plate in Pizza Hut Buffet.

However, I don't eat barbecue ribs in public and I wouldnt eat down to the bone...

I also cant eat on the bus.

i forced maself to eat a subway today :evil:

i walked into subway and it stank like mad! it put me off for life!

and plus they dont change ther gloves, they touch the vegetrian stuff and the haraam stuff with the same gloves. So sum of that meat may well be in ur food! yuk!

What's subway?....I'm assuming it's a food shop.

omg i cud never eat like that, I find it hard to eat a biguette or a sandwich in public, defo no licking fingers coz that's not exactly nice :?

p.s. Subway - a shop that sells sandwichs/biguettes etc, it's very well known

before the niqab i would eat in public. In chicken joints i would eat down to the bone. Licking fingers after a meal is the sunnah so don't fret, even non muslims do it! We're not sitting at the queen's table, relax!

Obviously if you're in a posh restaurant serving european foods perhaps it's not so wise to lick your fingers. They'd give you dirty looks for eating with your hands let alone licking your fingers loool. So it depends where you eat observe the correct etiquette. In casual food places like nandos they expect you to use your hands not a knife and fork, and you can lick your fingers.

I get really irritable if i don't eat when i'm famished, so you won't ever see me nibbling on veg like a rabbit if i was starving.

I've eaten on buses, who cares if it stinks do they smell of Air Wick anyways??:roll: As far as i'm concerned i'm doing the passengers a favour getting rid of the stench of cigs, sweat and smelly ppl.

I was once a commuter. When you commute you eat on the move, little choice what with cancelled trains and coaches. So when you gotta eat you gotta eat. Forget the ppl watching close your eyes and eat. If it helps put on some headphones, flick a magazine and stuff your face 😂

A subs recently opened near my house, my brothers are mad about it. They always change their gloves, they're supposed to with each customer. If they don't ask them kindly to change before they do yours, and watch them carefully. If they put their hand in the meat by accident, politely explain why you need them to change their gloves. If you don't speak you don't get. 😉 Learn to complain, i'm learning from my husband i complain about everything, i may be annoying to the assistants but i'm getting better customer service than those who remain silent. I'm their worst nightmare 😂

All you guys know subway, I haven't seen these shops around....even though they have 120 subway stores around london.

I don't know why most sisters here wouldn't eat in public. If you were really hungry and were some distance away from home, would you still not eat? Yashmaki good on you for eating in public, and even licking your fingers after eating 😉

I myself finish all the food I ordered, even if it means a peice of lettuce....unless I'm full. For example when I order two wings and chips for a quid, I eat every single chips except for the chips that have been burnt and eat all the meat from the wings until the bones are shining white 😂

[color=magenta]i only eat in public when i have to before i used to eat proper in public on the trains n buses but i dont knw now i prefer to tke whtever i get and eat it at home.But sometimes you cant resist it especially when the food is so delicious especially those fat chips from one my favourite chip shops in whitechapel called Dinahs fish bar,check it out ppl. When i go pizza hut it has to be the hidden away seats wiv my friends,n when we are in other take away/restaurants it has to be either hidden away or upstairs,n also when ur in green street you have to get a kebab roll n some pokaras with mint sauce but im one of the most messiest eaters i end up having crumbs all over my jilbaab n that is not a good look so i end up eating at home.[/color]
