Shocking Statistics on Muslims’ Poor Performance

Shocking Statistics on Muslims’ Poor Performance

“In 2003-2004, almost a third (31 per cent) of Muslims of working age in Great Britain had no qualifications – the highest proportion for any religious group. They are also the least likely to have degrees (or equivalent qualifications).” ( - published on 11 October 2004)

The statistics clearly illustrate that Muslims are severely underachieving in education compared to their counterparts and that we urgently need to devise strategies to reverse the trend.
