Forgive my ignorance but what is Pakoras or a Pakoray?
It's a fried snack.
Mostly gramflour batter with cut pieces of potato/chilli mixed with egg (so that everything sticks) and often baking soda.
It is a bit like an onion bhaji - but take out 99% of the onions.
