‘I’m too busy’ ‘I have a lot on’ ‘I don’t have time for anything these days’.

Are comments that I’m sure we all make from time to time.

And this is despite the fact that we live in such a fast society…a society that prides itself on fast food, fast communication and fast travel. So, despite having all the time saving facilities – we’re always in a rush, we’re always too busy and we don’t have time for others – and Allah (swt).

Well yes I'm one of the nerds here, however, that would make me a stylish nerd or a gay nerd for being a huge mac fan. However I'm not batty so I'll go with stylish nerd Blum 3

Any other mac fans? I'm a PC user at the moment but want to make my change very very soon well after I get my yamaha r1 :oops:

Whats your experience with Mac, I have used them but not as a home computer, you really need to use something as a home computer to have the true experience, im fed up with my laptop slowing down alot due to spyware etc how does the MAC do on this? Does your mac slow down alot?

By ordering them you are automatically contributing to our translation projects, as that is where the profit goes. You can also donate of course.

Is it me or are there some really dodgy characters appearing on some programmes on DM Islam attempting to help people with personal issues................

for instance, one guy comes on and provides wazifay just as an alim does, however, ths guy is crisp clean shaven................not very confidence inspiring..................

Am i being judgemental?????

Has anyone here ever suffered from insomnia??

Lying in bed for hours upon hours staring at the streetlight projected onto your ceiling, or counting one sheep after another hopping endlessly over an imaginary fence? Have you ever been to work, school, university or your A.A. Meeting (!) having not had one winks' shut-eye, let alone forty?

Has this been because of specific worries or stressful episodes in your life? Have you come out of these periods of sleeplessness and can you now tuck yourself into bed comfortably after Isha, confident in the knowledge that in only a matter of moments you will be safely drifting into the Land of Nod?

I have just got back from pakistan, and whilst there This man came and stayed at our house. They called him 'hasrat saab' and the local people used to come and see him with there problems. And asking his help to sort it out? He'd measure up the duppatas, pray and then blow to see if it got bigger or smaller.

Should we believe in all this? Should we not just pray direct to allah?
