Dispatches Investigates: Britain's Islamic Republic

Quote:
Dispatches investigates a fundamentalist Islamic group headquartered in Britain, and its claims to have placed its 'brothers' in positions of political power here.

Using undercover recordings, investigative journalist Andrew Gilligan reveals the group's ambitions to create a worldwide 'Islamic social and political order,' and the concerns of a mainstream party that they are being 'infiltrated'; and talks to the Muslims who want to stop it.

will this be another islamaphobic attack or will it actually have some substance rather than just illegitimate claims....?

French face jail for psychological abuse

[quote] French MPs have voted unanimously to make "psychological violence" within a couple an offence punishable by up to three years in prison as part of new measures aimed at improving protection for victims of domestic abuse.

Politicians from the left and right supported the passing of a law which singles out "repeated" verbal actions intended to hurt the victim's rights and dignity or their physical or mental health. As well as a jail sentence, offenders could be ordered to pay a fine of up to €75,000 (£66,600).

As Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullaah,

inshAllah you all are in the best of health and emaan.

" وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

Wama khalaqtu aljinna waal-insailla liyaAAbudooni

And I did not create the Jinns and the human/mankind except to worship Me. [Surah Ad-Dhariyat:51 Ayah 56]

The message is clear- this is the purpose of our lives.

We are here because of Allah, alhamdulillah.
Our ultimate goal should be to strive for Him.
To Praise Him.
To Glorify Him.
To make aware that He is the Greatest.
All in all-
To Worship Him.

InshAllah you all are well, in the best of health and emaan, and hopefully keeping warm!!

I am sure by now we have all had an experience where people sometimes let us down but if you put all your trust in Allah and Rely Solely on Him, He will never let you down ......."And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if anyone puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish His purpose. Verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion " (65:3).

Short Reminder- Shaking hands

As Salaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullaah,

InshAllah you all are in the best of health and emaan.

Shaking hands is something that is mentioned and encouraged in sharee’ah, and it is a cause of sins being forgiven.

It was narrated that al-Bara’ ibn ‘Aazib (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There are no two Muslims who meet and shake hands, but they will be forgiven before they part.” Narrated and classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi (2727); narrated by Ibn Maajah (3703); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 2718.

2. Put Allah first in your life.

3. Broaden your horizons – learn 5 new verses from the Quran every day, travel to pray far in the mosque to brighten your day, take up a booklet having supplications and read them.

4. Pray Salaat Al-dhuhaa (after sunrise).

5. If someone says something mean ;to you, just shrug it off and dismiss it in a friendly, laidback manner, and pray that Allah shall forgive them.
