I dont think theres any such hadith on Blackmail specifically but man has been blessed with an innate sense of morality, which has served to guide him through the age, enabling him to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil.
Dignity, restraint, politeness and amiability have always been regarded as virtues as opposed to snobbery, arrogance and discourteousness, which have never been recognized as good moral qualities.
Robbery, larceny, murder, adultery and fraud have always been condemned. Slander, blackmail and bribery have never been regarded as wholesome social activities. Contrary to this, loyalty to friends, helping one's kith and kin in times of need, concern for neighbors, assisting the weak and oppressed and nursing the sick are all activities that have been highly valued since the dawn of civilization.
I cant really point to any specific place which will give you a definitive answer other than trust in yourself and you're sense of judgement in what is right and wrong (taking into respect that Allah(swt) is watching and you would do well to fear him if you choose unwisely).

Is cremation of a dead body, permitted in Islam?
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Cremation is strictly Haram in Islam. Also, it is Haram to break a dead person's bones, to sit on his/her tomb or to walk on it. Any of the above-named action constitutes a great crime and a major sin in Islam.
In this vein, Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "Breaking a dead's bones is like breaking it as if he is alive" .
This means that there is no difference between harming a human being, dead or living. In other words, just harming a Muslim constitutes a great sin.
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin.} [33: 58].
As for killing a Muslim, Allah, The Exalted, Says:{And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.} [4: 93].
Here, we state that although cremation is not like killing, but it is something near to it.
As a result, Islam prohibits cremation and even just hurting the dead.
Allah knows best.

talking of cremating people my father had told me this story...
there was this muslim boy, his father had left him and went to pakistan, and his mother was white and she ran off with another man...
the boy sometimes use to hang with his muslim mates, prayer and do good deeds, but sometimes he used to hang with non-muslims and sometime used to get up to things which were haraam.
when the boy died, he had left a will and the will had read that he wanted to be cremated...when it had come down to how he was going to be buried..the muslims mates had said he was going to be buried and the non muslms had said he was going to be creamated as the will had said.
so they went along with cremating him, but when they put him in the machine which burns you the body came out back as normal (not burnt)
they did this several times but he just did not burn..
so at the end thye buried him and they tld this to the imam and he had said that his good deeds were stronngg...
