What monthly camp?
I wont be able to go to the MICS this year, if i dont do my honours i will be free but rather than spending that year in MICS i rather go to Syria if at all possible (i supose one can dream ๐ )
So from those who have posted (not posted) are any of you guys goin? i supose its possible for those live quite near by but some cant take 2 yrs out of uni...

However, I turned 21 a few months ago..so technically I'm too "old" for this course... :?
MICS (Minhaj UK)

Muslimsis you aint old for that course, older ppl went to ICIS, this is a 2 yr course that is gona get them ready for ICIS (very unlikely i think, Shaykh-ul-Islam is very busy with his Tafseer) but Inshallah.

my family is OK with sis going to manchester
cos we have close family who lives there
BUT she is too old
course if only for 16-20
MICS (Minhaj UK)
camp isnt. thats open to all ages
i doubt any of us here will be able to do the 2 year course, i think its impractical
MICS (Minhaj UK)
Salaam alykum
I think just to clarify the confusion... there are two course offered by MICS.
"Manhaj ulum ad diniyyah"
The Path to Classical Islamic Sciences
Mon-Fri 5:30pm โ 8:30pm
age: 14-20
Course fee: ยฃ16/student/week
The second course is the intensive weekend residential
Nahj us salaamah
The Path of Safety
This will take place on the last weekend of every month commencing from 25th, 26th and 27th November 2005.
The former is largely aimed at the local people who are able to commit themselves to serious pursuit of gaining traditional knowledge.
People who are not able to commit themselves to regular study are given the option of coming to the Institute every month for three days to seek knowledge and uplift their spiritual state. Inshallah people from all over UK will participate in the weekend residential.
