The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.

Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

Hmm i just had a bloodtest done on weds and i am just wondering is it normal to have bruise like marks on your arm where they have taken the blood from and other parts near that and kinda like 8 inches away from where they actually take the blood?

Final question, is it still supposed to be a wee bit sore? :?

Yea that happens all the time when I give blood - did you do any lifting or did you use the muscles in that area after you had the bloodwork done?

Well i was drivin straight after it and then i had to go to uni which meant i had a shoulder bag which was a lil heavy cuz of the books. So its normal?

yea that definitely will do it - any light weight with those muscles. It's totally normal - call your doctor just to let them know, no sense abandoning safety, but there isn't any reason to physically go back

Phew that has put my mind at rest, thanks before i was thinkin i wonder if the nurse was really a "nurse", ah forget it....i might have to go back anyway to get the bloodtest results which will hopefully explain why i get ill a lot.

... let us know how they turn out...

I hope you're okay - maybe it's just a seasonal problem like allergies?

ummm for a whole yr and a half?

Its really annoyin.. untill last weds they kept telling me i had the worse luck of glasgow weather! (try telling that to my lecturers who want essays to be handed in or my workplace!)

Finally the doc said he would get the nurse to take a bloodtest and see if anythin is wrong with my blood cells. I have lost trust in docs. big time!

Will let you know how it goes, i do hope they can figure it out, i hate been ill, stresses me out.

What do you mean by ill? Like lethargic or seriously not good...

Blocked nose, sore throat, swollen glands, fever....happens nearly every two months. If i am lucky i can fight it but most times i just have to rest it out, which means no uni or work.

It sure sounds like it - the swollen glands and everything.

No damn fun - but definitely better than other bad stuff that's chronic.

Surprising your docs never considered it... blood tests prolly wont reveal anything, what kinda docs are these!?
