Retired Lt. Gen. Ricardo S. Sanchez made the remark in his autobiography released on Monday.

ISO is basically the camera's sensor sensitivity to light. Therefore the higher the sensitivity, the less light is needed in exposure. The lower the ISO the more light required.

Ive got the samsung u600 and the camera on that is well poo. It takes ages plus you have to stop breathing coz the slighest movement and it comes out all blurry.
