Salaam

This year there are several events organised on the days of eid.

This is a great project and should be in every major city in the UK.

Anyone near the events going to this?

We had one in luton...not many people turned up anddddd there wasnt much to do there either so don't Blame them

I went to the one in Luton, was awesome!!.

at the eid prayer over 7000 people [brothers and sisters] showed up to the prayer, which was really nice to see. everyone that went there was really happy.

Not many people turned up? Don't know which event you went to but the 1Eid in Luton was AMAZING mashallah. 8000 people turned out for the prayer, there were well over 20,000 people going through the park over the event.

There was loads to do with the prayer in the morning, followed by food, funfair, live nasheed performers, fire juggling, etc. What more could there have been????
