If I had money, I would be rich

Sounds simple doesn't it? But add to that the truth that you need money to make money.

Which brings us tom the news today that the price of metals is reaching record highs. A few months ago I had the idea that it would be good to invest in commodities that were devalued. Such as Silver. Only thing was I had no money.

This is not the first time. In the past I had thought it a good idea to invest in construction firms. Then prices rocketed. (or they may already have been going up...). Before then I had thought it a good idea to invest in Nintendo - it was on a downslide and looking at past financial reports there was always a major rise in share price starting just before the release of a new generation of consoles. Both times I was skint.

So... anyone got a few mil lying around?

Well perhaps you should consider the age old saying: "Money isn't everything".

There are some things in this world worth more than money, and perhaps your time would be better spent in the pursuit of them.

Just a thought.

I am of the opinion that of money ever was a motivator for me, I would be rich.
