Thankyou

A word is simply not enough,

To express the gratitude I merely hold,

It may seem absurd but this fact must be preferred,

Cause you were always there to help me up.

Truly you deserve nothing but respect,

Never did you fail to neglect nor reject,

You steered me to consider and for that,

You are present-perfect.

Of your guidance I am glad,

Your words taught me to reflect,

Your actions took effect,

Never again, will I show disrespect.

A word is simply not enough,

To express the gratitude I merely hold,

It may seem absurd, but this fact must be preferred,

For your determination, patience and inspiration,

I think of nothing but a virtuous word...

Thankyou.

Awwh that's such a beautiful thing to write. So lovely. This mystery person must be grateful and blessed to have YOU in their life too, so i'm sure they'll be wanting to say the exact words directly back to you, and so, on their behalf i'll say THANK YOU, instead.

I wish i had the art of this flowy imagination. Everytime i do try, i feel like it's not good enough and its not the way i want it to be, so in the bin it goes. I don't have that wow-ness that people have when they write poems and stories. Maybe that's because i haven't read thousands of books and i haven't picked up the lovely vocabulary and style.

same here. its just so awesome in m y head and then when its on paper its urrrrrgh, same with drawing. but iguess im better at bringing it out/across in a different way, not a "on paper" way, a more "action" way.

Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
