LESSONS TO LEARN FROM BLESSED PEOPLE IN ISLAM

Since I was little I have always believed on jinn. The topic also interested a lot of my friends and family. Even my cousins, every time we met we updated each other about the stories we have heard. The other day I was reading an Islamic book named King of Jinn’s and other miracles of Ghaus-e-Azam by Shaik-e- Tariqat, this book really caught my attention. So I thought I should share a few paragraphs with you. It really gets you thinking.

“Abu Sa’d Abdullah bin Ahmed says “once my daughter Fatima disappeared from the roof of the house. I got worried and went to the king of Baghdad, Sayiyiduna Ghaus-e-Azam (may Allah be pleased with him) and asked him for help. He said “Go to Karkh and sit in a deserted place during the night and form a fort around yourself, think of me and recite “Bismillah.” During the night he went there as instructed and did not get confused nor did he stop his speech. A snake slid to the ground, stood on its tail, said something and went away. The audience asked “What did the snake say to you?” He replied “ The snake said that I have tested a lot of friends of Allah but I have not found anyone like you.”

Dear Islamic brothers and sisters we come to realise that the snake was actually a jinn which tested Ghaus-e-Azam (may Allah be pleased with him) and Alhamdulillah he remained steadfast.”

Lesson to learn: We learn that we should remain fearless and should only fear Allah our creator. No matter what people say we should carry on doing good and promoting Islam. Also don’t lose hope, have faith in Allah.

May Allah (swt) give us all the ability, patience and love to do this, Ameen.
