Quite cool really.

The Conservatives were rattled today by the future resignation of Gordon Brown and the mouthpiece of Rupert Murdoch - a major backer of the Conservatives starts to lose it.

If the Conservtives get in and dismantle the BBC and Ofcom like Murdoch would like, eventually Sky News coluld turn into Fox News. Are we seeing the first step of that now?

Website aims to connect Muslims

A free website designed to help those working with Muslim youth to enhance work practice will be launched soon!

Connect Online is an expansion of the highly successful quarterly Muslim Youth Skills newsletter 'Connect', which has developed into a free resource providing news, a blog, forums, case-studies, research and policy information and resources. Individuals, charities, community groups, voluntary groups and social enterprises will be able to benefit by accessing information and also contributing to the resource.

Smoke bomb at Manchester United in anti-Glazer protest

Angry Manchester United fans have set off a smoke bomb outside Old Trafford as part of a mass protest against the club's American owners, the Glazers.

Hundreds of fans congregated outside the ground ahead of the final game of the season against Stoke, chanting and brandishing placards.

The smoke bomb was set off outside the club's Megastore.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed one smoke bomb had been set off but said there were no injuries or arrests.

Green and gold

The Glazers took over at Old Trafford five years ago. Critics said the family borrowed money to buy the club and saddled it with massive debts.

Do you still want to drive?

with all the information that is being hammered in our head about cars and how polluting they are and how they destroy the environment etc... do you still want to drive?

i do want my driver license, but i dont think i want to buy my own car (more for the cost etc.. than the enviromental side) i'll just use my dad's car. i will definatly keep on using the bus etc.. and hopefully will only use the car when necessary.

Six-month-old babies 'can tell right from wrong'

Researchers asked infants of various ages to choose between characters which they had seen behaving well or badly, and found they overwhelmingly favoured the "good" characters.

One-year-old babies who were asked to take treats away from a "naughty" puppet in some cases went so far as to lean over and smack it on the head.

The research, which is being pioneered by a team of psychologists from the Infant Cognition Centre at Yale University, Connecticut, contradicts the belief promoted by psychologists such as Sigmund Freud that babies are born "amoral animals" and acquire a sense of right and wrong through conditioning.
