Apparently you can convert.
100 seems to have taken a hiatus, and I have no idea about specifics. Nor do I know whether 'converts' are allowed to settle in Israel.

when reciting the Holy Quran in english, do you recieve the same amount of reward as in Arabic. Cz i've always tought you do, as u actually know what you are reading and therefore you are understanding the words of Allah SubhanuWatallah but a sister said you don't. Also if your reading a Quran/Yaseen for someone whos passed away can u read it in english or does it have to be in Arabic??
I would be grateful if anyone could answer the question.

vote? hahahahaha. This place is a dictatorship. If and when I choose to move on, I will choose my successor!
A few months ago I was planning on moving on. This site was taking way too much of my time. But before I could allow myself to go, I needed to upgrade the technology of the site so as to make maintainable by someone else. This has actually reduced the amount of work I need to do myself. To such a level that I hardly do anything now. If anyone wants the site updated, they can do it themselves!
It has become a p-retty low maintenance site atm.
