To the guys on here who keep their beard and follow this blessed sunnah like me.
How do you take care of your beard, do you shampoo it or sumthin to make it soft? Is it better to comb the beard? And is it better to put oil on the beard, if so which oil?

have we done enough for the grave to be like a garden of paradise?
have we done enough to avoid the punishment of the grave?
have we done enough to be able to answer the questions in the grave?

have we carried out the acts that were compulsory on us?
have we done enough for the cause of Islam?
have we got the fear of Allah in our hearts?
have we spent most of our time in living towa

I have a question, and would like some feedback. In Islam what is the biggest sin? and why?

I hav a lil predicament. Ive alwayz wore a hat when praying Salah (namaaz) n reading quran. i always saw it as a sign of respect.

But, ive seen many guys not wearing a hat while praying.

my question is this, why do guys wear a hat?
Is it a must? If so do u make sure that u cover the front hair on your forehead?

Ladies, do u feel guys should wear a hat? Do your brother's wear a hat?

This is a problem that I have been facing for quite some time now. Its been a year since I’ve embraced Islam again after straying in my school and college years and I thank Allah (swt) that I was guided back to the right path. I pray 5 times a day, I keep all my fasts, I attend as many religious functions as I can but the problem is that even though I am doing all this.. I can’t see to open up towards Allah (swt), when I pray to Him, there is no feelings, my prayers just end up sounding hollow. I want to be able to cry for all my sins but I can not and this has been getting to me big time.

this is a very fun site you have here. I spent most of my lonely nights viewing all the threads. (I'm living away from home on campus ). I have a problem, I posted once before about my brother being addicted to coke who now takes stronger substances. It makes me mad that his freedom hasnt been taken away from him but I am watched like a hawk.

I have fallen in love with a guy at Uni and badly want to get married to him, the problem is that he's Pakistani and I'm bengali so my parents are strictly against this marraige.

them :D) When i did reach 16 i thought this is it i'm finally gonna get treated

like a grown up, parents gonna give me a bit more freedom (yeah rite),

not a chance. Now at 19 nobody takes me seriously when i tell them i'm

19 and they think i'm sum stupid kid. Today i took my lil bro to the dentist

and the receptionist asked me whether i was over 16 (how old did she

think i was?) i was fuming :D.
