wouldnt dream of it. Plus Seraph gonna beat us to it lol. Couples months from now the Revival is gonna have its first solicitor. Biggrin Give it another seven years and the Revival gonna have its first Doctor and maybe even its first copper.

I wonder what other professions were gonna have hmmm.

err...no. He'll need to find a training contract and then work there for 2 years before he's a fully fledged solicitor.

Looks like we'll have to rely on Brother Ya'qub to become a Legal Executive first insha'Allah Alhamdullilah MashAllah Astaghfirullah!

its cold and i haven’t finished my assignment and i've got a 9 o’clock start!

just had custard and cake, yum yum!

Have you ever thought about having a diary or a blog?

no, why? i'd probably be too lazy to keep it up to date!

You seem to be expressing your thoughts, feelings, what you did/are doing, esp. in the middle of the night.

Maybe having a blog would help if you want others to see it, or a diary if you want to keep it private.

Just a thought.

LOL Lol

you do make me laugh!

i'm bored, the revival is dead and i've got an assignment and cant be bothered to do it so im posting on the revival for the sake of posting!

and why are you awake so late?

I said I would go to bed early coz I have to wake up around 7am but look @ the time, I might aswell stay awake.

I'm reading stuff.

Not really feeling sleeping... happens usually around 5/6am.

5/6! what time do you wake up?

and what are you reading? sorry im very nosy and bored!

im SO tired but gota hand this assignment in tomorrow, already missed the deadline for it!

Meant I usually feel sleepy around 5/6am. That's the reason why I have overslept and missed my morning lectures/seminars.

Just various articles on different topics. Ranges from manners of sleeping () to use of miswak.

Does anyone use miswak?

I have tried using it once but the taste just puts me off. InshaAllah I'm going to try again and force myself to like it.

Drink something with caffeine in it, that'll keep you awake.

yah i love miswaak! it's sunnah! the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) used miswaak a lot. the benefits of miswaak are so many! in boots they now sell miswaak but they call it the magic stick. its proven from hadith that miswaak is good for the memeory, eyesight and loads of other things too.

a lot of miswaaks are scented, just wash the miswaak first and cut/peel a bit at the top and then use it.

A trainee solicitor for two years. He will still do stuff that solicitor do. But your supervised for the two years.
Either way he still gonna be the first solicitor on the forum and your gonna be the first legal executive. Biggrin

Wow 2000 whole posts! alhamdulilah!
Question to you guys can a sunni marry a shi'ite or a brelvi or wahabi etc ?

Those who danced were thought to be quite insane, by those who couldn't hear the music...

seeing as a muslim (man) can marry a christian or jew (woman) I doubt there is any problem. As long as both sides are happy and clear about things from the beginning.

Apparently in countries with a big mixture of sunni and shiia (eg Iraq or Lebanon), mixed-marriages are quite common.

Why? got your eye on an iranian girl?? Wink

Yah as long as they are Muslim but some brelvis and wahabi go as far as calling each other kafir, mushriq, munafiq.

Nowt wrong with it.

I've been told that if a man marries a woman in the prophet's saw family its not acceptable but if a man in the prophets saw family marries a woman its okay.
