How did your interviewing and advocacy go? heard you lot had it this week.

Hows the LPC going? Got any better or getting worse as the days go by lol.

Interviewing was as easy as breathing (or atleast it was for me).

Advocacy was a lot harder than the informal one but very doable (as last years was very similar and they gave us the video to last years).

We've already had the accounting exam (which was really easy). We've got mocks in January and the real ones in Febuary. After which we only really work on our electives and its supposedly alot more easy going (or so im led to believe).

You should have just stuck it out sis. At this point you would have been in the zone and sorted. If not... you could always have tracked me down and I'd have helped you out.

^^ yeah interviewing is pretty straight forward as long as you cover the stuff on your checklist your sorted. I agree advocacy much tougher. Before i dropped out went to see Jackie Panter and she said she was really disappointed coz i had gotten this far and the worse was over with. I would have stuck it out but didnt have a choice. Stress affects ppl in different ways some ppl raid the fridge while others dont eat, with me i started losing weight big time and im anaemic (story of my life) probs the worse i have ever been 😢

You were through the worse of it. And yeah stress affects different people differently but you should have stuck it out.

It's like I say I'm gonna start it tomorrow but when tomorrow is here I delay it again. So when there's only 1 day left that's when I start coz I know I have to hand it in the next day.

It's the pressure on the last day when I work best. Got my 1st coursework back a few days ago and I beat someone I'm competing against, and she finished her coursework ages before me. Serves her right for trying to beat me.

And it had nothing to do with nerves. No matter how hard and stressful things have been i have never been a quitter, i have always seen it to the end even if it wasnt the result i was expecting. This is the first time i have gone into something and quit i dont know whats wrong with me.

These things cannot be rushed. Big deal if your gonna be an oldie goldie when you graduate hehehehe (only jokin). If you do it part time i think your only in on the thur and you only study 2 compulsory and 1 elective in your first year. I think i can cope with that.

normally I get paid on the 24th of each month, but in december we get paid TODAY alhamdulillah! (just means I'll be skint in January...)

I get paid on the last thursday of every month.

This month I got paid last week. It's good cos of Eid...but I know that I wont get paid again till the 31st Jan!

Got paid yesterday, geting paid for overtime on the 11th of jan then full wage end of jan, so not bad.
