BeastI was just wondering: it's been ages since someone hijacked a plane, hasn't it?
:?
Well mostly bcoz of two reasons:
1. The increase in airport security.
2. Its just not original anymore, its been done, dusted, tried, worn out and has been thrown away.
Extremists will always come up with new creative, inovative ways to terrorise people... now if only we could get them to re-focus this inovation and creativity to becoming productive members of society.
I rather have no sense of humour than have one which is weird!
BTW Seraph, the way you have been talkin lately exception of the above posts i am refering to other threads has been somewhat "different" :? I can't explain how....
mm i've noticed he's gone a bit loopy, i mean erratic, in a good sense. More gusto in his posts. He's more forthright and blunt, some may take offence to this. It's a good thing i mean he was pretty dull before ๐ I expect a harsh reply lol

Hey, how are you... you mad, mad muppet ๐ (my teeth aren't that shiny in real life.)
You still haven't responded to my challenge.
The challenge was the gam you had with Hayder about naming something from each other's religeon using last letters, except i proposed an on going one, as I don't often stay on till 3 am in the morning.

whoa! the last three letters??
Last time it was he says a word connected with Christianity and I have to say a word connected to Islam using the last letter from the Christian word as the first letter from the second word and vice versa.
But three?!
That's gonna be tricky... YOU'RE ON!
hehehhehheh
oh and one more complication - you can't use a name or word that is common to both (eg "adam").
Yea he was a really nice guy... it's weird because when Dawud came in we all thought he was Dawud 1. Similar guys - although Dawud 1 was always a bit serious.
An afghani guy named Asad was stabbed in Barking by the BNP after a football match...I read it in the Daily Mail today but can't seem to find the link.
POLICE ARE treating the stabbing of an Asian man in east London as racially motivated. The attack occured in Barking, where the far-right BNP won 11 council seats earlier this month.
Scotland Yard are not linking the incident with the neo-Nazi party at present, but the electoral success of Nick Griffin's outfit has raised racial tensions in the area.
The man, in his 30s, was approached by a gang of white men before being stabbed close to Barking train station at 10.30pm yesterday evening.
The group of four youths in their late teens, racially abused the pair before one attacked the victim, stabbing him twice in the torso. The victim managed to walk to Barking police station where an ambulance was called.
The man is currently in a London hospital. His condition is described as stable. No arrests have been at this stage.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Barking and Dagenham CID on 020 8217 5519 or, to remain anonymous, Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
*DUST*hey 100, is it true that in hebrew 'rabb' means 'Lord' aswell as 'father'?
No, it doesn't mean either. "Rav" (the letter "v" is the same in this case as the letter "b") originally means "master" and the Anglicised word "Rabbi" means "my master" (the older, Chassidic pronunciation is "Rebbe" which is now mostly used as an affectionate term for a Chassidic master). In proper Hebrew the word is Rav. So if my Rabbi is Rabbi Cohen, in Hebrew that would be Rav Cohen, in Yiddish it would be Reb Cohen, and I could call him a Rabbi or a Rav or a Rebbe, although I would not call him a Rebbe unless he had a global Chassidic following or out of enormous respect or very lightheartedly. The word for father, Abbah, has only the b/v in common and is not connected. Some of the numerous words for Lord may be connected to "Rav" or "Abbah" but the most used are "Adonai", "Eloheinu" and "Y-H-V-H" which is not pronouced and is instead read as "Adonai", and informally the word for God is "Hashem" ("The Name"). ftr the "V" in "Y-H-V-H" is not the same letter as the "v" in "Rav", so there are no letters in common.
so Abbah means father in hebrew? Bengalis use the same word for father, or abbahjee which is more polite. Then there's also babah but i think that's an older form, my mum used to call her father that.
