the mosque article.....theyre ideas, obviously dont expect mosques to implement them all, but some would be a good idea - no harm in letting them know what we want ideally 🙂

blair article was a lil unclear, i agree - thats coz a lot of it was cut out

has to be a balance between the facts and giving them inspiration/makin em realise.......i think its doin a good job at that so far, but the history of islam is a good one - theres so much we dont know, and islamic history could teach us all a lot, especially the 'youf'

I recently read the new issue of 'The Revival' and I think its great.

It is the first time I have come across this magazine/newsletter and its wonderful to see that there is something out there for the youth.

yes it should. Once I have been email all the articles...

There were changes made after final submission to the design team, so the copies I have contain mistakes... I have to wait for them to send them to me.

Erm I would've commented on it or reviewed it if i had seen one like I asked about getting some for Portsmouth but like no one got back to me.

I am putting the last article online atm. Test of Faith.

The first question:

Its Time for Maghrib Prayer, and Eastenders is on at the same time. What do you do?

This reminds me of 1999. 89 mins of the Man UTD match gone. Its maghrib time. Do you wait a few mins, or do you pray now?

I was pretty angry that I missed the goals and united's victory...

I loved the gangster article because it really hit home. The Ali wannabe was hilarious as usual and the front cover was very eye catching. At the moment your magazine is the only Islamic thing I read because its written in a non judegmental manner. Keep up the good work.

The program is by Adobe. Indesign I think.

With next issue, I may try to have some input, and I will try to see if I can use some FLOSS programmes, such as scribus.

So what do you think of the magazine?

Madiha, what did u like? how do u think it can be improved? what did it lack? What didn't u like if anything? What issues would u like adressed in future issues? What did u think of the style of the articles? etc etc 😃

i liked it all, there's not much to explain cos evrybody has already said earlier on the good htings baout the mag so i'll just be repeating them. like for example the ali and jamal section was hilarious and the gangsta article was hardhitting. but there is one thing there was no answer section to the puzzles, I found that annoying cos I didn’t get all the answers on the crossword….
