The khalifa system
The term khalifa, "dominion of ('successor') refers to the first system of government established in Islam and represented the leaders unity of the Muslim Ummah (community
In theory, it is an aristocratic–constitutional republic
(the Constitution being the Constitution of Medina), which means that the head of state, the khalifa, and other officials are representatives of the people and of Islam and must govern according to constitutional and religious law, or Sharia. In its early days
The Khalifa was often known as Amir al-Muminin "Commander of the Believers". Mohammed established his capital in Medina, and after he died it remained the capital for the Rashidun period.
At times in Muslim history there have been rival claimant khalifa's in different parts of the Islamic world, and divisions between the Shia and Sunni communities
After the first four caliphs, the Caliphate was claimed by dynasties such as the Umayyads, the Abbasids, and the Ottomans, and for relatively short periods by other, competing dynasties in al-Andalus, North Africa, and Egypt. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who abolished sultanate after Abdülmecid II officially abolished the system of Caliphate in Islam
(The Islamic system failed) It ended in FITNA
There were numerous rebellions against the Umayyads, as well as splits within the Umayyad ranks (notably, the rivalry between Yaman and Qays). Eventually, supporters of the Banu Hashim and the supporters of the lineage of Ali united to bring down the Umayyads in 750.
the period of the Abbasid dynasty, Abbasid claims to the caliphate did not go unchallenged.
The Shiʻa Ubayd Allah al-Mahdi Billah of the Fatimid dynasty, which claimed descent from Muhammad through his daughter, claimed the title of Caliph in 909, creating a separate line of caliphs in North Africa.
Muslims want the non-Muslims living in Muslims countries to pay Jizya tax how about if non-Muslim countries made a rule that Muslims living in non-Musilm countries have to pay a tax like that how would they feel?

We already pay a tax here...
And it's there to make sure everyone pays money to go towards the welfare system. Muslims will be paying money too.

Everyone pays tax here, they don't say that you have to pay tax because you belong to a different faith

I don't think any Muslims country has a welfare system
That money would go towards Muslims and not the minorities

What has a Muslim country got to do with anything?
We're talking about the Khilafa (& shariah law) - which is not used by any 'Muslim' country.
NO the money would go towards everyone.

There is no one way to tax and collection.
The Jizya system was for minorities who did not want to be a part of the overall empire - they were protected but were then not required to defend the realm and more.
And there is precedence when communities wanted to pay something other than jizya, agreement was reached too.

If they're not using the system that means they’re going against Allah and Allah's law

It's a hard one to comment on as we can not be sure
Part of a statement by Umar (ra):
What that means is that they're slaves
If you were so concerned about them you would not tax them in the first place
So God gets pleasure in exploiting weak people?
The whole point of this tax was that one day the people would have no money left and they would convert
How is it justice that Muslims pay no tax and the non-Mus;ims do just because they're not of that faith?
Of course they would because they get money from them
LOL, why the tax?
I wonder how many Muslims were ever held accountable for their crimes?
If this system is so great then why doesn’t every Middle Eastern country go with it?
Gaddafi had a gun made out of gold
Saddam had a toilet seat made out of gold
Zardari has many house's around the world UK, France, Dubai
Gilani family (maal pani)they also have lots of wealth none of them care about what the people do or think
