Are you one of those people who perfectly toasts their marshmallows to a golden brown?

How on earth do you do that!? I don’t get it. You must have the patience of a marshmallow saint.

I’m a burn-and-blow kind of guy. Turn the marshmallow into a torch… blow it out… repeat.

The patience technique baffles me. In fact… I secretly looooove to brush my marshmallow torch against the slow rollers and set their marshmallows on fire. They totally hate that.

Marshmallow meets open flame… it’s important in this recipe. I had no idea that this whole Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake was a thing. Amazing. Spike Mendelsohn… that dude from Top Chef invented this thing. Nice work. High five.

About ten years ago around this time of the year, I can remember being gathered around a PC with 'ed and some other guy who I will pretend was called Abdul Alim. The occasion? 'Ed had this big idea that this new thing in the world called the internet would turn out to be pretty big. He had tasked the other guy to design something to put on the internet to give The Revival an online presence.

I have no idea when exactly the first page was put online, but it was around this time of the year, so by my reckoning, the site is now ten years old.

This is for all you math geeks out there.

I car share with two other people and we're trying to work out how much each person should pay for petrol. We all go to work in the same car and I drive.

Heres the scenario: Theres three of us in a car (A, B & C). The total cost of petrol for 5 days is £30.

Assume A travelled for all 5 days, how much should he pay?

B travelled with them for 4 days, how much should he pay?

And C only travelled with them for 2 days, how much should he pay?

Heres what ive worked out so far.

weeks petrol = £30 (5 days)

divided by the three of us= £10 per person (5 days)

I drove B for four days, therefore £10/5 to figour out how much per day = £2

It has been a while since I talked about my phone.

Today, I got impatient with T-Mobile releasing the latest softweare update for my phone, so I debranded it to generic firmware and then updated it to the latest released version for my phone - Android 2.1 (Eclair - all the android versions are named after deserts) to get all the new goodies.

There is the live walpapers that other android phones have now had for yonks, updated web browser, and an updated lock screen that shows more information.

An unexpected thing is that the theme for the phone is slightly tweaked making the text size larger, and that will take some time getting used to.

So... i haven't written a proper blog in a while now but i have now and then thought how cool it would be to have a proper set of blogs that people followed and enjoyed reading, like on blogspot or whatever, but unfortunately, i haven't got enough interesting things to say.

I doubt many people will read this, but i'll just put it out there, just my general thoughts while i'm pretty much here with just my own mind for company.

As an all-out daydreamer, there's nothing i like more than time to just think so it's not a problem. Any quiet opportunity to just pretend to be reading something or be staring out of a window and think about stuff.

Mum quickly tired of having to keep it out of my reach. So she tried to hide the cake, but I always found it. I mean comeon, im an eight year old, i know where all the hiding places are! So she tried putting the cake on top of the frige, but my freakish climbing abilities soon proved it to be an unsatisfactory solution.
