are we allowed to just post images on website? or is this image related to a blog article? :?:

Its related to an article, but anyone can upload images.

Just click "create content" on the left hand side and then click "image". I have a spring photography competition running where I am the only entrant so far... (to enter, you click add image on that link or click here.)
