Who stays awake after Fajr?

Just wondering if anyone actually stays awake after fajr. In my area, fajr is prayed at 4.00am and i normally crawl back into bed and wake up at 8ish. But I read an article about increasing productivty if you stay awake after Fajr and it really inspired me to do so, but at 5am i couldn't stay awake!!

So who here stays awake after Fajr and how do you stay awake?????

Btw- this is the article that i read, and it is amazing!!The whole website has some pretty amazing tips and really really cute animations!

I've tried staying awake after Fajr, but i only manage to do that if i've had an early night! I simply can't force my eyes to stay open, especially if I'm trying to get on with something whilst being in my room, because my bed is not far away. It's soo temtping to get back in there, nice and cosy! If you do need to stay awake, then try going into your frontroom, it works, well, it doesn't distract me anyway!

I used to stay awake after Fajr all the time. Slept early as possible, still only used to get 4/5 hours of sleep max. My routine was, after i pray fajr i'd just treat it like getting up in the morning. Brush my teeth etc. then have a nice glass of warm water with honey, this helped me recite Qur'an as my throat was usually dry in the morning. After an hour just carried on with my dIly business. Feels great. Then i'd just take a nap at whenever possible (the best sleeps ever).

Nowadays though i don't have time to nap so i go sleep after fajr. Thing is, i find waking up again after fajr quite difficult and just feel lazy the rest of the day.

Need to go back to the old routine.

Tbh I think they mean when fajr is at a "reasonable" time, like in winter.
