Zen Internet as Webhosts

Does anyone have any news about them?
I am considering moving to them on the gold package:

Should I stick with 1and1 and just change the server package? (I need a larger database...)

It's surprising. I know they are a quality company - but I have not been able to find a single review for their webhosting!
I just opted to sending them my questions instead.

I want a good solid UK based host. I don;t like how 1and1 do some of their things, and some of their guidelines.
