The Tory candidate in a key general election marginal has been suspended after allegedly hatching a plot with far-right extremists to win votes by stirring up racial tensions.

The idea, according to the Mail on Sunday, was for the protest to be scrapped, with Amin taking the credit for defusing the situation.

I wonder if his way was just a slightly more extreme version of official tory policy though.

The UK has become more divided under their watch and ministers have played a large role from David Cameron himself to Michael Gove and Teresa May all pushing agendas which would make atleast many Muslims uncomfortable to identify to be part of the same group as them while many right wingers will identify with the causes peddled by these three.

I guess that is what you get when you elect a leader that feels so slimy you wouldnt buy a used car off him.

Back onto this topic, I have been reading that Afzal Amin has links to/is a friend of Majid Nawaz who may have been involved in organising this whatever-it-was with the EDL.
