In an environment where pictures can be taken, and can (has in this case) be posted on the internet for all to see.
You shouldn't have been examining her so hard you noticed
you should've opened the picture, saw it was a girl and hurriedly lowered your gaze and tried to click away from the page without looking up.
Think that's extreme? Maybe it also is to expect young schoolgirls to always follow ALL the rules all the time.
