Oldham is in Greater Manchester. I dont understand how you can put Leeds and not Bradistan. When i think of Asian communities thats the first town that pops into my head. Im guessing most ppl on this forum are Londerners.
Is Oldham in Graeter Manchester? i thot manchester was made up two part the North and the South... and Oldham Bury, Cheadle, Chester, Burnley et al are small towns around manchester... hmmm

7th is quite good, you know. Look, Oxford or Cambridge might sound really cool, but there's more to it than the university, the city's important and so's the opportunity. Brummi is just one of my choices, I haven't done my UCAS form yet.
I dont think Sheffield has the biggest Islamic community. Been there a couple of times and the majority of people there are non Muslims. Im guessing the biggest Islamic community is in London, maybe Luton. Im guessing Bradistan would come second.
@Courage the majority of Law firms are in London. If you go to a uni in or near London then when it comes to applying for a training contract your gonna stand a better chance to say a candidate from Manchester. Firms dont just look at academics but locality too, someone who has knowledge of the area. Just something for you to think about when your applying.
excuse me, but its spelt Leicester, not leicster.
Jazakallah.
btw, leicester has a massive muslim community, but i dont think many ppl kno about th revival! & those who do havnt bothrd with th website.
WHy do people say london..........when in reality london is only a small city (square mile in area) ..................... i reckon greater london is more appropriate !!!
I have noticed that people who live in reading and oxford even say that they are from london..... ????? since when ????

I'm sure Cairo has more Muslims than Sheffield.
So does Islamabad, probably.
Maybe Algiers, Jakarta too.
