Future plan of Madina Al Manawarah :(

The link does not work.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

Theres something wrong with revival, as i saw this in another forum ummah.com & it was working fine there.

No there is not - there is something wrong with your cut and paste from ummah. Some forums (eg ummah) shorten the links people post so as to not stretch the pages.

This means that while you CAN click on the links, you cannot cut and paste.

To get the right address, click on it, and copy the address from the address bar of the linked page.

Its sad isnt it? I was and still am at all this.

Is it true?

Those who danced were thought to be quite insane, by those who couldn't hear the music...

erm... I don't see what the problem is?

From my understanding, the "Original" Madinatun-nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) is all inside what is now Masjid un Nabi (saw).

It's nice, no?

At least there is plenty of open space around the Masjid, much more than there is at the moment.

In Mecca the skyscrapers are right up close to the Masjid, which is horrible.

Plus, they aren't knocking down any historical artefacts in Medina (because they have already been knocked down a long time ago).

What they are doing (and planning to do) to Mecca is what we should be worrying about (literally moving mountains to build hotels).

Don't just do something! Stand there.

when I was there a few years ago, it felt good because all the buildings were the same height.. and there was no competition to build the highest building.

im not sure about this one as I don't know if it is going to be a competition for height of buildings as theres going to be four, and I am sure there are going to be restrictions in place.

in terms of commercialisation, i dunno.. if the intent is to accomodate more people then its all good, but if its to get the pilgrims to spend more, then its bad.

Whats the point
I think Saudi's have lost the plot

May Allah aza waj'al bless you and allow you to visit the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) again and again, Ameen :--)

May Allah shine sweet faith upon you this day and times beyond. May your heart be enriched with peace, and may your home be blessed always. Ameen.

I just returned from the blessed lands two weeks agoo..and yeh theres plenty of changessss...and i can really go onnn...but...the masjids and the environment still remains the same..no matter how much Medinah Munawarrah modernises you will still be present in the vicinity of the beloved prophet p.b.u.h and no one and nothing can change that...

Hmmm...am still wondering the streets of Medinah...wich i could just drop everything and go back there...the sense of belonging and just being at peace with everyhting is subhanallah..amazing.

when the hour comes closer mecca and madinah will go back to its original form and will be exactly how it was at the time of nabi (saw).

could you expand that?

is it in a hadith?

what does it mean?

The fifth is the sign of the depopulation of Madinah. The reason for Madinah Tayyibah being depopulated is because people are mortal and will perish. Thus when it is the time of Madinah to be raised to the heavens, it will already be deserted. The people will have left during the time of Imam Muhammad Mahdi (as). The hypocrites will have left to join Dajjal and the believers will have gone to join Imam Muhammad Mahdi (as).

Madinah Tayyibah will be depopulated for forty years and the shape of the original Madinah that existed at the time of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) will again be visible. Spiritual intuition suggests that Allah (swt) wishes to recreate the same Madinah that the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) left behind – the city of date trees.

The sixth sign is that the ka’bah will be demolished by a man from Ethiopia (sahih bukhari). Awliya and urafa have said that by depopulating madinah and demolishing the ka’bah, both of them will be raised up into the heavens before the coming of qiyamah so that neither of them experience the events of qiyamah.

The rawda of the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) and the surrounding part of madinah will also be raised to the heavens. Since the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) is an embodiment of existence, there can never be an end there.
The earth where the rawda of the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) is situation is not from this planet, it’s a piece of paradise. The holy grave of the prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) is also in this area and his grave is not even from the soil of this world.

‘the ground between my minbar and my house is a meadow from the Gardens of Paradise’

The holy quran also cannot perish, it too will be raised to the heavens from books and hearts. people will wake up and open their quran’s and find blank pages and it will be erased from memories. (daylami al firdawas)
