Errm, correct me If I'm wrong:
But, I've been brought up with both Sunni/Shiatte way.
Being a Sunni, am i too actually believe that this is who BR. Malik says it is?
Or isn't the Sunnah law that pictures/portraits aren't permissable?

I quite like the way he did his guyliner tbh.

Malik, since you're here, what are your views on Imam Hassan (ra)?

This is just some artist's imagination running wild. Don't bother with it, and yes pics and portraits are NOT permissable in Islam.

Never have I dealt with anything more difficult than my own soul, which sometimes helps me and sometimes opposes me.

Agreed!

Your own soul is nourished when you are kind; it is destroyed when you are cruel.

Oh, it seems like most people on here are Sunnah followers; so I assumed they'd rebuke BR/ Malik....

No, don't worry.

Hmmm, I was wondering why there weren't any outbursts yet....

Paintings of Imam Ali and Imam Hussain
are sold all over Iraq and Iran, where
Shia Muslims are the majority of the population.
This is permitted according to scholars.

The REVIVAL is neither Sunni nor Shia website.
It is a GENERAL MUSLIM website.

But my blog is a Shia blog:

Ayatollah rightly named America as "Great Satan".

I failed to find this verse mate.. "Before you look....

I think that may be a remnant from a separate feature from this site where posting the surah/verse numbers it would automatically quote the verse.

I have deleted the reference from the user's signature.
