after the colon (":") put the link for the video. As long as the link is to one of the following services, it will be properly embedded:

• YouTube,
• Google Video,
• GodTube (I doubt this one is of much use here - christian video site),
• DailyMotion,
• Eyespot,
• Jumpcut,
• Revver,
• Vimeo.
