Government to attack "unbritish" Muslim behaviour

The last government had a "prevent" strategy to fight (mostly Muslim) extremism (which had some good goals but was also used to spy on the Muslim community and had a pretty negative image within the Muslim community).

Now this government wants to replace it with another one, but this instead of targeting violence or the promotion of violence, instead wants to focus on fighting what the government considers .

The campaign for it has already started - today the home Secretary Teresa May that they are complacent when it comes to extremism (though there was some ) and . I assume the conversation goes "No, that is not an ordinary mole, it is much much worse, it is a terrorist mole!".

A major issue with such a broad campaign mainly targetting Muslims is who decides what is Britihs behaviour? Behaviours of a society change over time and Britihs behaviour now is different from 10, 20 or 30 years ago.

I wonder how far such a scheme could go if it is allowed to?

What is "British Behaviour" and what would make something "un-British"?
