passing THE test...

salam everyone,

i have a science test tomorrow and im gna spend ages doing last minute revision but whilst i was reading salah and then making du'aa for myself i began to think about the real test - my LIFE.
i mean i knew i had this test tomorrow which is why im gna prepare for it but i don't know when im going to DIE! and that means i should always be preparing for the Day of Judgement and the Afterlife. i should be worried about not failing this test more than a science test which in comparison is so less important. it also made me think this science test is in Some ways harder than the real test. if we gain more knowledge then we will know the Questions that will be asked AND the Answers we are expected to give. By following the Qur'an and Muhammad Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him we know how to live our life which we will also be questioned on. however i don't know what questions i will get in my science test which makes it harder.
obviously in other ways it is much harder buti just wana make the right decisions in life and grow my knowdledge to open my eyes so i can see the answers and abide by them. inshallah i will and every other person will too.

(this is my first blog ppl, wen iv posted it and read it agen sum other tym il probs realise how much rubbish iv written but for now i think its ok. hehe. PLEASE comment.)

keep me in ur duaas (esp that i get an excellent grade in my science test Wink and ofcourse that evryone passes the most important test of all!! Very Happy

luv u for the sake of allah (swt) n wasalam

They say you should revise at night and then go to bed as your more likely to remember the stuff.

V.interesting take on things.

People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid.

Remember, in the Test of Life there are NO retakes!!

Naz's answer reminds me of an Agony Aunt column I once read, which went something like this:

Dear Deirdre,

I've been married to my husband for 15 years and we've been very happy together. But last week something happened which shocked me. I left for work, leaving him at home, and halfway down the road my car engine stalled so I went back into the house. I went up to the bedroom and found my husband wearing my frilly underwear and posing in front of the mirror, dancing to Life after Love by Cher. When I confronted him about it, he admitted he's been doing this for about 6 months, but it doesn't effect the way he feels about me, and he still loves me. But I'm confused now; if he's been keeping such a thing from me, can I ever trust him again? Should I try to help him? Is this sort of behaviour normal? Please help.

Dear Vannesa,

A car engine stalling can me caused my many problems. Have you checked the oil in the gearbox? If the problem still persists, it may be a problem with your car battery. Try jump starting the engine from another car.

^^^ That was well funny

Anyways going back to fifi's wish to delete teh blog... *coughs*

If there are two keys on my keyboard that i like, they would be the 'enter' key and the 'undo combo' (Ctrl Z, I believe) key.

You don't have to regret about what you have already done, but being human, we all do ... there are SO many things that i'd like to 'undo' and delete ... But is it worth the effort? NO ... why? ... because the psychic prdicted it were best not to Razz

deleting the past is one thing we mustn't adhere to, it is these 'mistakes' (if you think that way) that'll help us 'grow up' and learn... insha'Allah once we have done that, we move on. The only way to correct an 'error' (if you think it's an error) is by improving/ building up and rephrasing to suit the style/ trend ... so instead of wiping away, make up a better one

I'm not sure if I make sense ... but me feels jolly good ... strange *forgets the thought*

its not really an "error" as such but i think "sounds" really rubbish the way its written if u get wot i mean.

if is was an error ur advice wud b relevant because the do say "u learn from ur mistakes"

I remember once reading an article in the paper about how your likely to remember things if you revise at night. And techically your brain doesnt really shut off at night.

I assume different people work in different ways.

and all the psychologist babble is mostly just theories explaining what they saw, but may not work for everyone.

and when it comes to humans, scientists seem to be flip flopping between extremes, giving opposing answers every few years.

So it may be best to try and see what works best for you.

And techically your brain doesnt really shut off at night.

True. It processes the days data. and dreams. the latter may or may not be the the processing of the former.

People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
