Reality's the biggest issue on my plate to be solving

always treasure what you have cus its safe to say,
what is given, god can take away,
but the passion inside will never be diminshed,
separate the flames but they wont be extinguished,
say its cus of what your meant to beleive in,
Or is it just that freedom never had any meaning,
Its hard to see the stars if your living in a basement,
But when your flying then your smiling in amazement
Me i find it kinda hard to be patient,
Everything i need got taken away so,
I feel like i'm fading, fading away
Yet i wont let it happen or anything stand in my way,
I thought it was over nothing left of me to give,
Cus you could find a piece of me everywhere i bin,
But giving up to me is liek a sin,
So i always gota find a way that i can live,
Maybe i got given a hard road to find my way down,
But i was blessed with all these gifts that i found,
So ima rep em, like i'm happy and make you proud,
I'm not alone on my own, or in a crowd,
i feel your presence wenever i need you to be there,
The fact that you got taken still doesnt seem fair,
But reality's the biggest issue on my plate to be solving,
but you said if it didnt kill me then i'd always be growing,
so i look up to the sky & hold back the tears,
Like a soldier i dont want you to see my fears,
Fight my way through because i was meant to,
Follow my heart because it feels like i was sent to,
Write what i feel & speak what i mean,
A vision on a page that people should see,
Said i had a picture but i could never paint it,
But that don't mean that its gona end up tainted,
See i might be fading, fading slowly fading away,
But in the hard times i'll be paving a way,
Learning how to use the tools to build my dream with,
Leave you all behind thinking i wana do what she did.

Good to see the words flowing again.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

exception did someone close to you pass away recently? Or are you just using that as a theme?

“O my people! Truly, this life of the world is nothing but a (quick passing) enjoyment, and verily, the hereafter that is the home that will remain forever.” [Ghafir : 39]

sorry to hear that may Allah grant increase his/her station, grant them Jannah, and protection from punishment in the grave-ameen. Same happened to me recently, life is pretty terrible at the moment., but it's strange how Allah gives us comfort and helps us to struggle forward even when we don't want to. Looking forward to Ramadhan good time for worship, and healing. Takecare of yourself!

Thats all there is left to do pray,. & May allah do the same for the person you have lost., life is pretty bad but your right Allah(swt) always shows us comfort and keeps us fighting through it. Inshallah ramdan will not only be a good tome for prayer and healing but a time to bring the family together again.
